Since the company’s inception, one of owner Thurman Kensuku main goals has been to offer his customers opportunities to incorporate, “green building” technologies and materials into their projects. In the 1980’s, this was called “energy efficient construction”; in the 1990’s, “healthy home design”; and now it’s called “green building”, or “sustainable design.”
